Students, teachers and staff at Academy of Accelerated Learning – Chimney Rock Campus in Houston, Texas are excited to announce that they will be celebrating National School Choice Week with a special event!
The Academy of Accelerated Learning celebrates National School Choice Week the entire week! Events include a parade, a closing program where the students perform the National School Choice Dance. Students are celebrated for attendance and academic achievements! Students write essays and draw pictures! Parents, Administration, Faculty, Staff, and Community Contributors are recognized! We look forward to celebrating National School Choice Week every year

Academy of Accelerated Learning (AAL) was established in 1998 to provide academic enrichment activities for low-income, high-risk youth. AAL is a minority owned private organization which receives its funds primarily from State and Federal agencies. Funds are generally obtained through a competitive process and continued funding is dependent upon meeting and exceeding specific contractual requirements with respect to performance goals. To develop an accelerated learning environment that clearly charts a path for empowerment for primarily at-risk students to become tomorrow’s problem solvers, thinkers, and leaders through participation in a wide variety of educational experiences appropriate to their age, interests, and needs.
