Students, teachers and staff at Milwee Middle School in Longwood, Florida are excited to announce that they will be celebrating National School Choice Week with a special event!
WHAT:
Milwee Middle School students will showcase their talents through an art gallery displayed in the cafeteria. Students will also celebrate School Choice week through Spartan Time by completing activities and competing to win a scarf.
This event is not open to the public.

As a pre-engineering magnet, students at Milwee Middle School actively participate in Project Lead the Way- Gateway to Technology curriculum, a creative and innovative program that centers on math and science investigation and discovery. Designed to meet the needs of all students, classes develop critical and analytical thinking skills that prepare students to succeed in an educationally rich environment. Exposure to the world of engineering comes through academics and electives. By providing students with an array of extracurricular opportunities and unique field trips to broaden their knowledge of engineering. The hands-on approach of the magnet program adds rigor to electives and relevance to traditional academics.
