Students, teachers and staff at Pond Union Elementary School in Wasco, California are excited to announce that they will be celebrating National School Choice Week with a special event!
WHAT:
Pond Union Elementary School events will encourage parents or any adult family member to come and see the school in the morning of January 27 while enjoying pastries. They will get to see the classrooms after and hear our principal do a small presentation of our students’ achievements in all subjects, as well as state the importance of a family member be involve with their student’s education. They do not need to help in homework, just be able to acknowledge their presence in any possible way that they can provide support for our students.
This event is not open to the public.

This event is hosted by Pond Union Elementary School.
Pond Union Elementary School is a rural school in the outskirts of several small towns. Our school is over 100 years old. We had our 100th year celebration in 2014. We are a one school one district with 185 students in kindergarten through eighth grade. We welcome students from Delano, McFarland, Wasco, Allensworth as school of choice.
