Students, teachers and staff at St Mary Academy in Manahawkin, New Jersey are excited to announce that they will be celebrating National School Choice Week with a special event!
WHAT:
January is NUT Carcinoma Awareness Month, an aggressive cancer usually diagnosed in young victims. This resolution was passed last year by the NJ Senate in honor of a family friend, Ben Landel, a Ramapo High School soccer and track star who died after a nine-month battle with this cancer. TAG Day is dedicated in his honor and to this great cause! Tag Days are designed to improve school spirit by supporting a great cause, dressing in joyous colors associated with the cause, and donating $2 or more to be out of school uniform. As part of St. Mary Academy’s mission, the place where children learn, grow, love, and serve.
This event is not open to the public.
