EVENT ADVISORY: EK12 will hold a Block Party to celebrate National School Choice Week on January 23, 2019.

This special event, will feature a block party to be held in beautiful downtown Brooksville where the streets are blocked off for a school-wide celebration. The students will start by performing the annual school choice dance followed by an address by a keynote speaker. The local restaurants will be open just for this event where families can sit and enjoy a meal together. This year the students and parents can choose to participate in a student created murder mystery titled, ‘A Murder on Main Street’.

Brooksville — Entirety K-12 announced today that it will celebrate the school’s students, teachers, and staff during National School Choice Week 2019, which will be held from January 20-26, 2019.

Held every January, National School Choice Week is the world’s largest annual celebration of opportunity in K-12 education. The week is nonpartisan and nonpolitical. The goal is to raise awareness of the different K-12 education options available for children, including traditional public schools, public charter schools, public magnet schools, private schools, online academies, and homeschooling.
