EVENT ADVISORY: Rosamond Chamber of Commerce to hold event on January 17, 2019 to celebrate National School Choice Week

This special event will raise awareness of the importance of education to local businesses

Rosamond — RCC leaders announced today that it will participate in National School Choice Week 2019, which will be held January 20-26.

The event, is a meeting to raise awareness of the importance of education to local businesses.

Held every January, National School Choice Week is the world’s largest annual celebration of opportunity in K-12 education. The week is nonpartisan and nonpolitical. The goal is to raise awareness of the different K-12 education options available for children, including traditional public schools, public charter schools, public magnet schools, private schools, online academies, and homeschooling.

RCC joins tens of thousands of schools, homeschool groups, organizations, chambers of commerce – and millions of individual Americans – in celebrating National School Choice Week.
