About the Event
Families in Alaska have more choices for their children’s education than ever before! Parents: learn more about the different K–12 education options available for your kids at the Alaska School Choice Expo on Saturday, January 30, from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., at the University of Alaska Anchorage’s ConocoPhillips Integrated Science Building (CPSB).
At the school fair, you’ll have the chance to meet representatives from traditional public, public charter, public magnet, and private schooling options, and have your questions answered. Families will also be able to enjoy free educational showings at the University of Alaska Anchorage Planetarium and Visualization Theater as a benefit of attending the event.
The Alaska School Choice Expo is hosted by Alaska School Choice in collaboration with the National School Choice Awareness Foundation. It’s family-friendly, free to attend, and will include complimentary food and activities for kids such as face-painting, photo booths, and more. RSVP today!
