Tampa School Choice Safari

About the Event

Parents learned more about the different K–12 education options available for their kids at the School Choice Safari on January 24th, 2026, from 10:00am – 1:00pm at the Saunders Pavilion located at ZooTampa. This event offered Hillsborough County families a unique opportunity to explore educational options and connect directly with K–12 school representatives. Families met with school staff, asked questions, and gained valuable insights to help make informed decisions about their school choices. GuidEd representatives were also on hand to provide free, bilingual assistance, meeting individually with families to offer personalized support. After the event, GuidEd followed up with each family to continue assisting them throughout their school search journey. The School Choice Safari was hosted by GuidEd in collaboration with the National School Choice Awareness Foundation. It was family-friendly, free to attend, and included complimentary food and face painting, magicians, photo booths, and games. Exciting giveaways and raffle prizes were available throughout the day.
