About the Event

Join us on January 28, 2026, from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm, for an inspiring celebration of education, talent, and student achievement at the National School Choice Week Student Showcase!

Hosted by the Morgan State University Alumni Association-Washington DC Chapter at the Pearlstone Theater, this special event will highlight the diversity in school choice – including traditional public schools, public charter schools, magnet schools, private schools, online academies, and homeschooling.

Through performances and presentations, students will demonstrate the power of educational choice and the importance of learning environments that help them thrive. Families, educators, community leaders, and supporters are all invited to cheer on these incredible young individuals and learn more about the impact of school choice. You don’t want to miss it!
