About the Event
Charter Day on the Hill was a dynamic celebration of Utah’s public charter schools, bringing together more than 800 students, educators, parents, and school leaders at the Utah State Capitol to recognize the impact of school choice. The event highlighted the academic achievement, creativity, and civic engagement of Utah’s charter school community. Throughout the day, attendees heard remarks from state leaders, took guided tours of the Capitol, learned about the Utah Legislature, met with education officials, and enjoyed a variety of student performances that showcased the talent and dedication across the schools.
