There are a variety of school choice options available for many of the 750,000 children living in Connecticut. Families in Connecticut can choose from traditional public schools, public charter schools, public magnet schools, private schools, and homeschooling.
In 2025, we are partnering with 262 schools and organizations in Connecticut to raise awareness of K-12 education options.

Community Homeschoolers are celebrating NSCW 2026 with a spirit week of different themed days and community outreach. Monday we will learn the NSCW Dance, Tuesday we will have Pajama Day, Wednesday we will have Crazy Hair Day, Thursday we will have Throwback Thursday dress up Day, and Friday we will have our school dance, talent show and NSCW dance performance.
