About the Event
Please join SLAM Foundation and the National School Choice Awareness Foundation for SLAM’s Got Talent, a talent showcase on Friday, January 29 from 11:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. at SLAM Boca, bringing all 10 campuses together during National School Choice Week. Students from each school can participate in one of two ways: by recording a video ahead of time or by performing live at the event.
The showcase will be livestreamed so students, staff, and families across all campuses can watch. Hosted by students, it will feature the pre-recorded videos along with live performances between video presentations. Approximately 300 students are expected to participate in the live event, with about 7,000 viewers anticipated to tune in to the livestream. The entire event will be recorded for schools to view at their convenience.
The winning video will be selected during the event, and the winning school will receive $500, as will the winners of 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place in the live performance contest.
