There are a variety of school choice options available for many of the 500,000 children living in New Mexico. Families in New Mexico can choose from traditional public schools, public charter schools, public magnet schools, private schools, online academies, and homeschooling.
In 2025, we are partnering with 256 schools and organizations in New Mexico to raise awareness of K-12 education options.
