About the Event

HawaiiKidsCAN, the National School Choice Awareness Foundation, and other local partners hosted the 2026 Hawaii K-12 Parent and School Expo at The Bernice Pauahi Bishop Museum on Sunday, January 25, 2026, from 11:00 am to 2:00 pm. This third annual free, family-friendly event showcased Hawaii’s impactful and diverse education options — from traditional public and charter schools to non-profit organizations and private schools. Families met local learning partners, explored school programs, and found the best fit for their children’s education. As a special bonus, attendees enjoyed complimentary access to the Bishop Museum following the fair. It was a wonderful opportunity to learn about school choices and celebrate education in Hawaii!
