About the Event

Show Me KC Schools hosted its annual School Saturday from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. on January 31, 2026, to celebrate National School Choice Week. During this citywide school open house, participating schools opened their doors to host tours, highlighted student projects and art, and showcased student performances. Families and community members had the opportunity to visit schools they wanted to learn more about and explore their educational options in Kansas City. The Show Me KC Schools office was also open during the event to provide school search support and information to parents. Visitors saw all the amazing things happening in Kansas City schools!
