About the Event
On January 29, 2026, from 11:00 am to 12:30 pm, the North Carolina Association for Public Charter Schools will host a student showcase to celebrate National School Choice Awareness Week! Hosted at the Fletcher Opera Theatre at Martin Marietta Center for the Performing Arts, this event will feature students in a variety of performances. In addition to performances, there will also be a student art showcase, displaying student art from across the state. This event will also highlight local charter schools, and parents will get the chance to meet representatives from schools and get their questions answered. This event is hosted by the North Carolina Association for Public Charter Schools in collaboration with the National School Choice Awareness Foundation. Come cheer on these young contestants as they showcase their skills and camaraderie in the spirit of celebrating school choice and education opportunities for all. Don’t miss this unique and engaging event that celebrates the power of choice in education!
