Students and parents from West Virginia are invited to a family event at the Morgantown Marriott at Waterfront Place, organized by Cardinal Institute for West Virginia Policy.

WHAT:
Cardinal Institute for West Virginia Policy will host a school fair to celebrate National School Choice Week and all of the new educational options families have in West Virginia. Parents will be able to meet with more than 25 schools and education service providers while kids can enjoy fun activities. During the School Fair, we’ll be hosting a student showcase to highlight the talents, hard work, and successes of West Virginia’s youth! Families can also enter to a back-to-school shopping scholarship by participating in our scavenger hunt. We are excited to have you join us as we celebrate education freedom and help you find the right education option for your child’s next school year!

This is a free event with fun for the whole family and will include light refreshments, drinks, photo booth, DJ, face painting, balloon artists, and raffle prizes.

National School Choice Week (NSCW) informs, inspires, and empowers parents to discover the K-12 education options available for their children, including traditional public, charter, magnet, online, private, and homeschooling.

Every January, tens of thousands of schools, organizations, and individuals plan unique events and activities to shine a positive spotlight on effective education options in their communities. The Week is a project of the nonpartisan, nonpolitical National School Choice Awareness Foundation.
